Terms of service
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we") for your use of Vinci by Nova Firenze ("Vinci"). By creating an account or using Vinci you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Your account
- Vinci is invite-only for now. You need a valid invite to create an account, and you must be at least [16].
- Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you think someone else has used your account.
- One account per person. Accounts and invites are not transferable.
Plans and limits
Each plan comes with usage limits on AI requests, code runs and similar features, shown on your account page. When you reach a limit, the affected features pause until it resets. We may change plans and limits, and will tell you before a change that reduces what your plan includes.
Acceptable use
Don't use Vinci to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights;
- upload other people's personal data, such as someone else's résumé, without their permission;
- attack, probe or overload the service, or try to escape the code sandboxes, reach the network from them, or mine cryptocurrency;
- get around plan limits, share your account, or access another user's data;
- scrape the service, or use its output to build a competing product or train AI models;
- generate harmful, harassing or deceptive content, or misrepresent AI output as your own work where that is not allowed, such as in a live assessment.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into Vinci: your code, answers, stories, résumé and anything else you write or upload. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to our service providers, only to run Vinci for you. You can export or delete it at any time from your account page. Content you put in a share link is visible to anyone who has the link.
AI output
Lessons, feedback, scorecards, readiness scores and other content in Vinci are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they are practice aids, not professional, career or legal advice. Readiness scores and mock interview results do not predict or guarantee the outcome of a real interview or job application. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Our service
We own Vinci, its software, design, brand and the lessons and problems we provide, apart from your content. You may use them for your own learning while your account is active. We work to keep Vinci available and secure, but we may change, suspend or discontinue features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using Vinci and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or security prevents it. If we close Vinci entirely, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.
Disclaimers and liability
Vinci is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and [LIABILITY CAP AMOUNT]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes go to its courts, unless the consumer law of where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use Vinci after that means you accept it. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL], [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
